Mobile version on other phones

I have a problem where anytime I build something on some phones looks good but on others not. Even with the in-dev tools, everything looks ok. My personal portfolio for example looks good on Poco,12, One plus Nord, and some others, but on iPhone XR the heading is way too big. I used clamp a lot for the responsiveness but the thing is that other sections of the portfolio looks good even tho I also used clamp.
Also, is there any external tool that is more useful in testing the website on different devices and screen sizes?

This is my website if you wanna test it: https://rogojanraulportfolio.netlify.app/
