Emails CSS builder

I am using PHPMailer to send HTML emails however they are very basic looking.

Are there any good online tools that can help build HTML with inline CSS??

    I think all of them have annoying restrictions. Liking making you sign up, give you limited features or make you pay, don't give you the code and or add their logo to your email.

    All fair enough I guess.

    Might continue with making my own.
