“Content wider than screen” Error

On Google Mobile Friendly test website (https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly)

I put in my URL and I get this error.

When I do this myself I never get a horizontal scrollbar.

Once under about 250px wide some items start to disappear due to an overlap. Is this the cause of the issue?

I’m at a loss. I would have thought an iPhone 5 width at 320px would be a minimum
