Site issues

Dear Folks,
My Name is Dil and I am here for the very first time, I am a assistance developer I have a website and found some issues error on Google console.
For a half of a year, I am trying to fix the preambles of error; unfortunately, there are still some issues and I amnot completely able to do it by myself. Your suggestion of IT experts will be appreciated.
The pages of my site when I checked on crawl error on GWT show the following error:

So my concern is why repeated two files on GWT.

Also, I have another issue of slas “//” not found at the end of my URL…
