Custom Slider

I’m designing a WordPress website for a client and I would like slider on his home page. I’m using the Divi theme and I’ve used the SmartSlider plugin to create the slider but according to their support team they do not offer the functionality I require.

I would like the slider to be able to resize depending on any screen height and width similar to the sliders on the these sites: [davidkohn.co.uk](https://davidkohn.co.uk/) and [feildenfowles.co.uk](https://www.feildenfowles.co.uk/).

Is there a slider plugin available with this amount of customisation available for would I need to hire developer to build this for me?
