Creating blog site

Hello guys. I’m new at from so if the title is not as accurate as it should be, sorry for that.

I want to make my blog site from scratch but actually I do not know what languages or technologies should I learn. I know HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java. I want my website to allow users to make comments and subscribe to my blog. Also, I want to practice Java so I want to use Java in Client-Side.

I’m open to any suggestions. Thank you.
