Help! Need client to edit web pages

Hello!

A client requires to edit web pages without knowing any HTML knowledge. Its a really basic page, he just wants to be able to modify the text. Here’s an example : [url]http://robdougan.tcslon.com/Abington/menu_burns.html[/url]

Now, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for making a PHP template to modify the text.

@akadisJul 06.2004 — i used [URL=http://newswriter2005.sourceforge.net/]newswriter[/URL] for a similar problem, it is very easy to use and not too hard to modify to your needs (or at least not too hard to modify to my needs, i dont know about yours) i would suggest you check it out, its open source (sourcforge) and it works fairly well despite the fact there is no support for it?

if that is too basic, i suggest [URL=http://www.opensourcecms.com/]OpensourceCMS[/URL] an entire site devoted to letting people demo Content Management Systems.

I may need help with this in fact. As you can see its really very simple PHP code I require, but Im still learning so haven't got to that stage yet, and am miles from a library.

Bascially I just need a template so that the main menu body text of this file http://robdougan.tcslon.com/Abington/menu_burns.html can be edited/modified, whatever.
