table lock data input

How to make transaction dr. cr. value using table lock. when many user input transaction in a same time than same voucher number input in my database. how i solved this problem in my Accounting software[upl-image-preview url=https://www.webdeveloper.com/assets/files/2020-01-18/1579330869-462859-1.png]
blue marked area transaction number would be inputed when 3user input transaction at a time and input same voucher number.[upl-image-preview url=https://www.webdeveloper.com/assets/files/2020-01-18/1579331196-807265-payment-voucher.zip]
