illegal characterBigInt_BigRat.min.js:

Issue:

When using the hotlinkable option for BigRational (verified it is available here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/big-rational)
Put following line on html document
<script src=”http://peterolson.github.com/BigRational.js/BigInt_BigRat.min.js”></script>

console returns: SyntaxError: illegal characterBigInt_BigRat.min.js:1:38714

I’ve been advised that notepad++ notes it as a SUB character, but not sure how to fix this.

Firefox version 68.0.1 (64bit) in linux machine
