@WebDesignConquerorJan 08.2020 — Judging by my experience, it depends on the keyword difficulty. The aspects which you will have to take care of are in direct proportion with your competitor domain authority and backlinks profile.

To conclude, it's still possible to rank #1 in 5 hours - if the competition is low, otherwise, it costs an effort to overtake the competitors.
