how do i get the option i selected out of six option s with prices the option i pick send it to another page have the price added to a shopping cart in JavaScript?

Size 8x10 = $30 framed, unframed = $20, 5x7 = framed $15, Unframed = $10 etc then the chosen photos gets added to cart how would i do it in html, javscript side could u write code here please?
