How do I create a Java website?

Hi! I’m with a logistics company and we want to update our existing website. The developer who built this website for us is unavailable as his wife has just given birth. Actually, the website isn’t too rich in functionality and all we want at this stage is to quicken it a bit and add a couple of pages. The design will stay as it is. Website is on java, that’s for sure. And we’d prefer to outsource this work to a java application development company. Can anybody help me with that?

Also, when using PHP, MySQL comes into picture and while writing Java programs for desktop, we just use File I/O, so what is better for web dev, File I/O or MySQL?

However, instead of dealing directly without any medium, I would recommend you to better to hire any good web developer from Upwork or Fiverr. There you would able to discuss your requirements in advance and can also check his portfolio and reviews.
