javascript include

I’ve got several .js includes for my site with links to other sites but there are 2 that when they are clicked on they go to the desired page and then i get an error message Page not on this site
anyone have any thoughts as to why.
also on this page when i look at the source code I get a completely different code than that which i have coded. Something stateing that this site is using frames and it’s not.
