Restaurants believe digital channels more important than consumers say they are, According to Analysis –

  • – 42% of restaurateurs say they will buy Google PPC ads this year.

  • – 67% saying they are buying or will buy social ads (read: Facebook).

  • – 90% of restaurateurs said they valued online customer feedback.

  • – 30% of owners to monitor or capture customer sentiment. Comment cards, verbal feedback and responses to digital receipts were among a number of other methods.

  • – 2% of owners said they took no action

    @LForward1Sep 19.2019 — Frankly speaking, in fact there is a problem with restaurant business as some providers of restaurant services don't even care about the equipment on the kitchen, so, no digital channel will help you if you have dirty kitchen equipment!

    For example, my restaurant business goes will even without digital channels as my kitchen equipment is always clean so the food is delicious
