Scan qr/bar code on web-page from smartphone

Hi!
I need to scan qr/bar code from smartphone. I found many examples, but they don’t work on my xiaomi redmi 4 (may be i made some misstate, i’m not web-developer).

May be somebody has experience with it? It’s good idea? I need that it will work on 90% smartphones or more.

@VITSUSAJul 08.2019 — #There is no problem in your English. You should inform to Mobile company regarding issue because you can’t do anything without any credentials.
