Positioning with percentage (%)

Hi , I am working on this header where my items are with position absolute because I want a specific styling for both mobile and desktop. I figure that I should use percentage instead of pixels so it wont look misplaced on larger screen. And I was wondering if it’s a good idea to do that ?
