Meta Refresh Tage

Hi

I’m trying to open a new page from the <head></head> section of the web page. Know I know you can do this with the <meta content=”refresh” etc..> tag. The problem is that I want to open the new page in a new window.

So my question to you is there any way I can specify a target=”_blank” in the refresh tag or something that will do the same.

Or is there any other html tag that you think would suit my purpose that I have not yet thought about.

Thanks for your help in advance.
