I think I messed up Domain transfer and am stuck!

Hey!

So, I was originally signed up with Bluehost and WordPress but I figured for my purposes, WordPress was too difficult. I went over to Wix because I’ve had some experience with it before. Website built. Time to get it up and running.

When I went to Bluehost to figure out what to do, I was under the impression that I’d need to transfer my Domain to Wix and Wix would host it. It seems I was wrong. Anyways, I went through the whole transfer process last week and now have the email saying it’s all complete.

Went back to Wix and upgraded, and that’s when it told me all I had to do was head to Bluehost and change the nameServers and it would all be done.

Now I don’t know what to do. In Bluehot, there are less tabs and I can no longer change my nameServer. Can anyone help?

@rootJan 13.2019 — Domain Transfers are a case of the company you are leaving give you a key, that key is then given to the new host to import the domain in to their servers.

Job Done.

If anyone messed up, its the company who you are transferring from and don't expect much help and run the gauntlet as you are technically not a paying customer anymore.

You may need the new host to email them about the fault.
