Is there any way in which i can get an image to be placed into a cell when a left/right button is pressed?

e.g when left is presed, an image is placwed i n the cell to the left of it by one

[]-[img]

left button is pressed:

[img]-[]

p..s [] is a table cell and img is where the image is to be
