MouseUp in other frame? (Netscape)

I have two frames and I want to realize Drag&Drop. When I press mouse down in the first one and try to release it at the second I didn’t receive at second one the mouse up event. Why? How can I make workaround. I need it in order to find div in the second frame where mouse up occures. I am just trying to avoid calculations. Any advice?

@gil_davisJun 20.2004 — Each frame is a separate window, and has its own events. I suppose that it is possible that NS does not recognize a mouseup in window #1 that occurs while over window #2. Maybe you will need to check for a mouseout or something. Probably a very complicated matter.

@alexiworldauthorJun 20.2004 — Sure! But I tried to make something ... to capture mouse up in the same frame and to find out component from the first frame using mouse coordinates. Everything is fine untill we reach the point of links and spanned text which capture mouse down and returns false.
