Date Triggered event

I am new, and if this topic has been discussed, I am sorry for re-hashing it.

I am developing a page for my father, and as a joke, I would like to have a date specific trigger, for example, when it is June 16th, 2004 at 3:15 p.m., the page will shift to a new one, as if he clicked on a link.

Is this possible? Can it be done in JS, or HTML, or does it need to be done in another style?

Thank you in advance for all of your help

@PeOfEoJun 15.2004 — You can do it with js to get the current system time. If you have any server side scripting options you can run a date difference function between that time and the current time and write out a meta redirect set for that time into the html. Those would be the two ways to do it.
