I have created one form in my website. i have been set tabindex of all textbox. but i want that after typing in last textbox when i press enter the focus automatically directed to submit button.

So, you have a lot of text boxes, if you press enter in one, it goes to the next, and so forth, and so forth? If this is the case, then I have no idea how you coded it that way, since normally the TAB button moves between boxes.
If you want the box to submit on the last box, you will need javascript, and then you posted in the wrong forum/
