Why So Slow?

Ive uploaded my script, and the pictures take soooooo long to load on selection through the menu, is there away of speeding it up?

@khalidali63Feb 07.2003 — If I remember correctly in your code,it does not seem to preload images,therefore takes longer to create image everytime you request one..
