Talk about manipulating an image on another image

The idea is: download a photo of a building. Choose a pre-made image of a car. Pull the car to arrange and place near the building to look realistic. Instead of a car, it can be a tree, moving it around until it looks right next to the building. Arrange a plan to see what things might look like. Images that have already been downloaded or made available may need to be calibrated to fit the scale. Ideally this would work in a browser.

Can someone point me in the right direction or suggest an existing product?

@SempervivumJan 25.2018 — I don't know about an existing product, but what you described can be done by use of the HTML5 element canvas and a library like jCanvas. This library make scaling and moving easy.

@rootJan 26.2018 — I did a quick internet search for how you would merge two images using Canvas and theres several or more well known websites that have people asking the same sort of question.
