Hi,everyone I have started a site which is related to institute ,my site is not indexed in google what is reason for that and also getting error when fetch the sitemap in webmaster tools? Can you explain what is reason for that?

  • [*]Sitemap is incorrectly listing URLs.

  • [*]Site was down/offline.

  • [*]Site was slow and their crawler timed out.

  • [*]Some urls are restricted by robots.txt file.

  • [*]Security settings prevented their bot from reaching specific pages. HTTP Authentication is a common issue.

  • [*]Pages may no longer exist (which they should if they are in a sitemap.)

  • [*]Corrupted HTTPS configuration.

  • [*]Mobile sites that restrict access to mobile only clients.

    Also, please write about error message that you are receiving at the time of sitemap submission in Google Webmasters Tool.

    The site is blocked by .htaccess

    The site and page are blocked with robots.txt
