Database and XML dual functionality user search required. What Platforms to drive?

Planning revamp for our Database Driven website offering Online Accommodation and looking for advice / recommendations as to what platforms / applications to use.

Top idea to date appears to be to use Laverel for the back-end CMS with either React or Angular for the website.

We need a really top CMS set up to include CRM features. Website user search speed is critical as it will include the Database in conjunction with an outside xml supplier so the website has to be able to handle this at speed (dual functionality). This is critical.

Generally the website must have a fast search speed and be able to handle user selection from a number of advance search attributes – without keep returning to a new xml search with user selection changes.

Any views appreciated. ?

@itengineerNov 10.2017 — Here choice of PHP framework seems to be secondary. Could be Laravel or Symfony or something else. Similar frontend frameworks - both are fine. I would focus more on cache and search optimisation tools. Consider using memcached, noSql db like mongodb, riak, search engine like solr, elastic search etc. Also I would consider to change data exchange format from xml to json.
