[RESOLVED] Bootstrap issue with column placing

Good morning everyone,

on [URL=”https://codepen.io/24Degrees/pen/RLQVLa”]this codepen[/URL] you can see that I’m trying to achieve a full height fixed left navbar. And that’s a fork and it is ok. But on the right hand side, I want 4 equal squares with each their own background.

The last hour I’ve been trying to figure out why square 3 and 4 are not positioned correctly? Contrary to square 1 and square 2, they shift to the left, hiding under the sidebar?

I must be missing something (again) so if anyone can help: Kindly appreciated !!

@rootOct 17.2017 — Please post your code in the forum and use Forum BB Code tags (as illustrated in my signature), the main reason for this is that any fixes you make will not be relevant to anyone following this thread at a later date and it is also courteous, if you want help, please post in the forum, people don't want to be chasing around the internet to read scripting elsewhere.

What I can tell you is that if anything is out of place then you may have a whitespace problem or a broken tag pair, if you open a <div> for example and fail to close it, any markup rendering will end up being rendered wrongly.

If you have a decent editor, then you should be able to find the problem.
