Ok im trying to get some tutorial program here and i cant figure how to do something here is the script

Ok and how do i make link Nav so wen u click it it shoes uo on the content screen.. here is an example of wat i got so far…

Try click on one of them so the drop mane pops out and click on the link see it opens in that same frame how do i make it open in the big frame in the right plz help me if u know… tanx ?
