@rootAug 29.2017 — That is not the question you should be asking yourself. What you should be asking is how are people arriving at your site.

If you visit a website and suddenly your site appears as an advert shoved on to people and for whatever reason you are taken to that site, then people who are forced to go to your site will bail at the first opportunity.

So the next question is this, Have you employed an ad agency or a service to drive traffic up on your site?

@RH-CalvinAug 30.2017 — Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors to a particular website who navigate away from the site after viewing only one page. It can be reduced by:

Good content update

Internal links

Easy navigation

Quick loading of webpage

@davidwarner033Aug 31.2017 — You can reduce the bounce rate by providing quality content which is giving useful and more information about your services. Use more images which are related to your services in between content. Also provide info by attractive videos and take more care on page loading issues.

@rootAug 31.2017 — Why do people keep on posting that same old comment about "quality content", there's one simple fact that ewveryone overlooks and that is if you use advert agencies or provide keywords that are unrelated to your site and people find you via ad's or through a search and you are not what they are looking for, then thats the real reason for bounce rates being high.

If I am taken to a site I don't want anything to do with, I am gone in 60 millseconds.

It doesn't matter how much quality and content you provide, if I have arrived at the site because of misleading keyword (meta data) or via an advert, then I am off.

So the real question is how is your site getting traffic?
