Text for a button

Hi, quick question. I am designing a form and the customer wants a facility for Admin users (in a Text button form), whereby an Admin can take over an ordinary user’s functions (say for example the User is out sick and can’t carry out functions required of them.)

I have an idea of what I want to put on the button and the customer has another, and there are a few other options being touted. I won’t mention any of the suggestions as I don’t want to lead the discussion, so what do you think?

They want "impersonation", which is used in Sharepoint (https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/433494/Impersonation-in-SharePoint) , but I don't like the term because to me it implies identity theft/phishing....

I have suggested Override/Override User/Overrule User?
