Will Stumble Upon give backlinks?

I knew Stumble Upon is the famous social websites and it is having huge traffic. I am regularly posting the blog URL and new content URL of my website in Stumble Upon website. I am getting only social traffic from Stumble Upon site but not backlinks. Will it give backlinks or not?

Community sites tend to 'nofollow' backlinks, thus killing SEO value.
