This is good progress, right? But the thing is there is a column called link type and mostly it shows no follow or no follow deleted.So, basically, my backlinks are useless? How can i get proper backlinks?

The very first thing is getting backlinks and no follow/dofollow is comes in second part of picture.
Basically for a newbie or any website with low trust, many high authoritative sites will not agree to provide do follow link. Thus untill your website achieve more trust and good authority, other website will not give do follow link.
I would suggest you get backlinks by contributing good to community and then you will likely to get do follow backlinks.
