Frontend developer wanting to take the next step

Hi there, I’m after some general advice and guidance.

For the last 10 years + I’ve been building websites, mainly for Motor trade dealerships using HTML, xhtml, HTML5, CSS, sass, JavaScript, jquery, asp.net (C#), grunt.

I have really enjoyed using jquery, making JavaScript a lot less of a faff, and a lot more fun.

But I’m starting to think the halcyon days of jquery might be on the decline. But its a bit mind blowing the range of frameworks and new technologies out there, and I’m not sure which direction to go.

I’ve been looking at react.is, angular, vue.is etc. I know it well be horses for courses. But my real questions are:

Are there frameworks suitable to multi page sites? Seems to me they are more suited single page applications. Is this true?

Also, because of the sites I build, seo is a very important part of the development. Are these sort of frameworks counter productive for search engine attraction?

Would welcome any thoughts.

Thanks.
