impression day by day decrease and i really don’t know how to increase my website visibility.

If your website's visibility is decreasing every day, then your website is not getting more clicks or users not interested to click your website. This is due to lose of your keyword rankings or low quality Meta tags. Just filter the pages which are having low CTR below than 5% in Webmaster. Just change and update the meta title, description and post title to all those pages. Once you updated the new meta tags, then update your sitemap file in webmaster and do fetch as google for whatever the pages you updated. just wait for 1 month. you will see the improvement in your website visibility.
