Difference Between Do follow and No follow Backlins?

Hello Everyone,I am little confused about these two terms Do follow and No follow backlinks I think google does not give priority to No follow links of any site Is it true or there are any other condition If you know then suggest me,Thanks

Absolute and utter BS. Please do not spread misinformation. Every link is assumed to be "dofollow" by default unless you add rel="nofollow". [B]rel="dofollow"[/B] doesn't exist and is ignored by browsers and spiders/crawlers.

The OP will get far better information on the subject by searching Google/Bing/etc. for it.
