@rootJan 02.2017 — Google exists to make money, so unless you are a supported or sponsored advert, your never going to be ranked No1 without parting with cash.

What will help you is being truthful in your keywords list and the quality of your content, google has a way of ranking a page and its content that results in the way your site is listed, having quality content and proper keywords can be the difference between being in the top 10 listings or appearing on page 10 of a search result.

@rootJan 03.2017 — If you go to a google search results page, you will see that you get a list of advert supported or sponsored links then you get the results list that stars with... virtually the same list of adverts and then everyone else and if they are a particularly big business, you will often find that 5 or so links are that sponsored site advert that pushes others off the fist page of links.

So my response is not opinion its more fact based. If you want to be in pole position, you have to pay, thats what google is all about, making money.

That is just rubbish, no number of quality bolg posts will get a website ranked No1 until the site owner stumps up some cash to get them ranked No1.

Next time you do a web search for something take a close look at the returns... see anything?

@emma_valFeb 01.2017 — Use related terms in your content, and look for some longtail keywords you might be able to rank easier for, that'll help. Also make sure that you're using the image alt tags with your keywords, that makes a difference in your on-page optimization. Then, start connecting with people and promoting to build out those backlinks. Good luck ?
