While it's normal to have Not Found (404) errors, you'll want to address errors for important pages linked to by other sites, older URLs you had in your sitemap and have since deleted, misspelled URLs for important pages, or URLs of popular pages that no longer exist on your site. This way, the information that you care about can be easily accessed by Google and your visitors.
@bangthetableJan 05.2017 — #First of all, collect all the 404 error links from the crawl errors under crawl section in Google webmaster account. Then fix those 404 errors by giving 301 redirection to the relevant link. after fixing all the 404 errors, then submit those urls in fetch as google under crawl section seperately.

@alba94Jan 17.2017 — #Broken links and 404 pages are useless for search engine bots and it’s a dead-end. It’s an important part of SEO to fix all possible 404 pages. For fetch 404 errors follow these steps,
1. Go to the Google Webmaster
2. Login to your account.
3. On the left hand side you will find Crawl options, click on it.
4. Then click on Crawl errors.
5. Then there will be 3 options for Desktop version. Click on it as per your requirement.
@Eric_DebbyJan 18.2017 — #To find the list of all 404 error pages, you can login to Google webmaster account and under diagnostics click on Crawl errors. Click on not found and you will see a list of all the links which are giving 404 ERRORS.
