Wamp Server / all Browsers is not showing local files

Hi,
I am using php and wamp server 2.2.21. Suddenly wamp server (or we can say all browsers) stopped showing local files, until i upload these files on server. suppose i make changes in .css files or .php or .js file…. wamp is not showing the results.. until i upload these files to server……. ~~[B]~~inline css is working well[/B]….. but i ~~[B]~~have to upload .css[/B] file after changing

Please clarify whether the local files are within the local server path. If not, they won't show. E.g. Assuming that WampSever is installed in C:wamp (the default):

- Files in C:wampwww will be accessible by localhost.

- Files in C:workarea will need to be copied to C:wampwww...

of course, all files are within local server path i.e.

C:wampwwwmy-sitestyles.css

Not

http://www.mydomain.com/styles.css

This is very strange, I am unable to finish my so many websites

good: //localhost/my-site/styles.css

bad: C:wampwwwmy-sitestyles.css

@Rihan_sharmaNov 22.2016 — #Can you access localhost:8080/index.html(assuming you have one) ? Where are the links stored that show you those broken URLs? Who wrote them? It seems like those links are just written badly.
