how to make interactive plan/map of area

Hi, I’ve got a task to make an interactive plan of our kineziology department. The problem is I have no idea how to do that ? Could you help me out a bit please? I need the easiest/simpliest way but still looks good.

The outcome should look like this:

I have only few requirements –

  • – nice graphics (3D graphics would be nice)

  • – pop-up winwos with following information

  • – multiple floors

    • the example I have post above perfectly match my idea, but I understand that it’s not so easy to do that.

    Could you please advise me how to do that or what I need to learn?
