So in this case you are leaving it up to Google to decide which page/post to provide in search results, which may not match the one you actually wanted and while demoting your standings for all of the posts.
But if each page is mostly unique in content, tone and language, this will not have any affect on your pages. But I strongly suggest managing a sitemap with Google, Bing, etc and I also suggest adding links amongst your pages for related content to further boost usability while also assisting search bots in accurately indexing your site.
