Using LAMP like I use WAMP (localhost testing)?

Hello,

I am currently using WampServer,
I want to move from Windows to Ubuntu, and start testing my web pages using Ubuntu. I can install all the 3 software with no problem: Apache2, MySQL and PHP, but, can I use it the same way and same ease I use it on Windows? Where I simply click on WampServer, and it turns all services up and running, and I just put my website directory inside Wamp’s www directory and start testing by typing localhost on my browser?

Or if I use Ubuntu, it’s not going to be that easy?

@NogDogSep 18.2016 — I've never tried it, but you could probably get something like that with XAMPP for Linux ( https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html ). My regular interactions with it on Linux is from the command line on our web servers (Centos).
