How to solve 403 error in bing webmaster?

I got 403 error in Bing webmaster account. How to resolve the 403 error. Please share your idea.

Why is this question so hard to search for? The first hit in Google and Yahoo! (ironically #3 in Bing's returns) for

[b]403 error in bing webmaster[/b] is:

The 403 error is listed.
