What is negative SEO & How to deal

Hello friends, I have started a blog about [COLOR=”#FF0000″]<removed by admin>[/COLOR] & I want to create few & quality backlinks for my website But, I recently have heard about negative SEO. Please any one can tell me about this Negative SEO? How to deal with this kind of Problem?

@MadhukarwdAug 19.2016 — If you still worry about negative SEO just keep track of your back-links and check their domain authority as well as spam score if spam score is more than 7 then just use disavow tool to inform Google.
