IDEs for Web Developing

Some years ago I’ve made some jobs in PHP/HTML/CSS, something small and all wrote and edited using standard windows blocknote. After that I’ve used Notepad++ and formatter like this to help me to read codes, but not very suitable to develope websites.

But now I need to perform a jump and use a more professional tools with more functions and support.

I’ve have in mind IDEs like Android Studio that helps alot for debug, simulation or graphical previews.

I’m looking for (if exist) something that translate my Graphical-UI to Code, not just some html, but for example if I want to add a pre-made java spinners or sliders and more, or, if I want to list data from SQL database something like I just setup parameters, number of item, layout, data and it put out my code PHP code. Something that also connect(and trace) fields name and connections between webpage and SQL database and so on.

Since I see in Android(and other languages) very powerfull tools. I suppose there is something for php and javascript to help to develope complex and huge websites.

Can someone list me some?

Thank you.

@NogDogJul 29.2016 — If you're talking about some WYSIWYG editor that will create the underlying code, Dreamweaver is probably still the only real player in the web app market -- and most serious server-side coders avoid it like the plague, as it ends up with some pretty ugly generated code that is difficult to maintain*.
