Scrolling down get Elements to the top

Hello, I have a nonprofessional homepage, and I have a javascript function, with get.ElementbyId, after scrolling until the navigation bar begins (then the navigation bar absolute turns to fixed at the top) now…

And then the problem begins (I think something is wrong with the navigation bar and the elements inside) – so if I scroll down then the elements which were much more at the bottom get to the top (under the navigation bar..) I don’t know whats wrong, why the text is getting to the top and doesn’t stay at the position of the absolute navigation bar..

I hope somebody can help me because I get on nerve because of this navigation bar and I don’t know why the elements don’t stay at their position!
