What should be the minimum text html ratio for a web page?

Hello Friends,

When I did SEO audit of my website, I came across with the error as [B]“Low Text HTML ratio”[/B]. Please tell me what should be the minimum text html ratio need to be managed?

Not solving this will affect my website SEO?
