PHP and HTML files not able to link with style CSS when upload to my domain

In FTP plesk windows hosting their default home page & style of my domain working properly……. I found folders name called [B]cgi-bin, error_docs, httpdocs, logs[/B] and upload my site files name call css, images, index.php, nav_bar.php, template_footer.php,
template_header.php inside [B]httpdocs[/B] but is not able to link with style CSS, see the link [url]http://www.vishnusha.in[/url] and inside httpdocs as subfolder called vishnusha is working fine [url]http://www.vishnusha.in/vishnusha/[/url]

already request to support team but they are saying that problem comes from my codding and files they can’t help on this. And I tried file permission also with 755…. no solution. Please help anybody………….please
