F5 issues in web page

I renew my Web page , under the one throwing the top of the page . It really disrupts the pages dedicated to trying very nervous . However, published to other pages that do not encounter this problem when I enter through their browser . I’m going to another page in the same browser can not be such a problem . Please help if you have this problem or who do not want to live.?

@jedaisoulMay 09.2016 — Hi and welcome. Your post is unintelligible (to me) so please explain your problem more clearly. What is refreshing the page with F5 doing wrong? What has being nervous, or not wanting to live, got to do with it?

Also a link to the site you are experiencing the problem with would help!

I strongly suspect that this thread is in the wrong forum, but need more info to know where it belongs....

@ShyvenauthorMay 09.2016 — It does not stay where it is returned to the front page when I refresh the page, and so if I need to scroll right to the pages dedicated to follow; again , I made arrangements for me to see .

@jedaisoulMay 09.2016 — Are you the developer of the site you are having this problem with? If so you may be able to refresh the page and scroll down to a specific ID. E.g.
[code=html]
<a id="here" href="mypage.html#here">refresh</a>
[/code]
Note: It may be browser specific (some browsers refresh same-page links, others just read the cache) but so long as it works for you...
