Which web technology should i use for this project?

Hello, I’m a uni student from Brazil and I’m getting curious about webdev, at my uni we dont have a good webdev course, just something like hello world in javascript and php. Ive wanted to learn more about web programming so i got into a new project with my tutor, it is like a Quiz Factory, a web environment where users can create questionnaires in an easy way. The problem is that i dont know about the new and good technologies (javascript libraries…) that i can use to make my “life” better. I know that i can do everything with pure javascript ,but my time to delivery the project its kind of short.

I found this web site [url]http://www.impress.ly/[/url] it is an awesome website factory, really simple and dynamic, i would like to make my quiz factory based on this website (light and simple). What kind of technology do you suggest ? libraries ? Ruby on rails ? I just need some suggestions which path should i get to complete my task, and maybe some explaining why this path is good.

Hello Train, i think that you didnt understand my question (maybe is my english fault). I dont want to create A quiz, i want to create an web plataform that create quiz.

Like my example of the impress.ly , the created a website that helps people to create websites. So , i want to create an impress.ly that creates quiz.

Thanks for your answer NogDog, i will sabe this link for later.

Im looking for sugestions of technologies, for example : "You should try to use AngularJs on your project, it is updated with what people are using this days...."

@3wCornerMay 09.2016 — If you really want to learn web dev at its core, study first oop using C or Java then proceed to using frameworks like Laravel. Don't forget to study php, database and ruby on rails. It's good to start building a site from scratch to learn everything.

@jaqlynealfredoMay 09.2016 — Hello. I would suggest PHP because it is the most supported language on the market by all dominant players like Salesforce, Facebook, Twilio, Dropbox, Slack...etc. Plus they have a good variety of framework to pick from and tons of resources.
