Popup Window Help

Hello
I’ve worked with Dreamweaver and Flash to create web pages and have gotten to the point where JAVASCRIPT, PHP etc would really enhance my site.

I need to be able to create a popup window/s that when the user clicks on a link it opens preseized window for them in the same window/page their already in.

An example would be clicking on the link Youth Ministry and a popup window opens that is frameless and has a definition of what it is. I would like to add a close button inside this popup as well. I have an example of this (doesn’t work correctly) at

This isn’t my work it’s out of a magazine but it is exactly what I want to do.

When the index page is open, click on the Icon to the right called harmar superstar it’s supposed to open a frameless popup window

I hope this is clear enough to understand any help would be aprreicated

so I went to the link you provided and understand that you see how their popup window works etc. They don't provide the code once you choose your options, sorry, for being such a newbie but any other help or ideas you may have I would be thankful for.

You can always download the previous link, the relevant Javascript is in control-new-win-properties-dynamically.js

That's got everything working like I want it to including assigning a Javascript function to the icon on the page. It's not frameless like the magazine example BUT, the one you sent me is sooo easy to use and configure.
